We are hiring an exceptional AI Research Engineer to advance the frontier of agentic AI. This is a deeply technical role for someone who can move fluidly between research, experimentation, and practical product impact.
You will be a core contributor to the AI techniques behind RELAI's platform — a driver of original ideas that shape our product and research direction, and a bridge between frontier AI innovation and real-world deployment.
Responsibilities
Develop and improve core AI methods, algorithms, and systems across the lifecycle of reliable AI agents.
Create novel approaches for simulation, evaluation, and optimization of agent behavior in real-world settings.
Turn ideas into working systems, prototypes, and production-facing capabilities.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate frontier AI innovation into practical customer value.
Help define RELAI's technical direction in agent reliability, evaluation, and optimization.
