JOB SUMMARY:

Adhering to principles consistent with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Performance Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement limitations. You will develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to help individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve their ability to perform now, and for life! You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and functional training.

Rehab 2 Perform also places a high value on community engagement as it looks to educate and empower the community that it serves.

JOB DUTIES:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniques
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-care
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans

Skills

Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Ability to effectively communicate with patients and their families
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient in using therapeutic equipment and modalities
Familiarity with pediatric orthopedic & sports physical therapy is a plus

COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Pay range based on experience. Health Insurance benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision) will be presented to full time employees, including a $300 monthly stipend for those who enroll in medical benefits. Investment options are available through a 401k plan, following six (6) months of employment and 500 hours worked with Rehab 2 Perform (4% match). Full time staff receive a minimum of 18 paid days off and seven (7) paid holidays per year. Vacation increases incrementally with longevity with the company. Opportunity for growth & promotion. 5 years experience treating at a physical therapist

Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy or a school approved by the
World Congress of Physical Therapy with preferably a Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
State licensure or be eligible for state licensure
Current CPR card
CSCS or CFSC (Preferred, but not Mandatory)
SFMA Level 1 (Preferred)
Dry Needling (Preferred)
Experience in a Strength and Conditioning Setting
