DF AY26/27 Lead Student AmbassadorJob Description:
The Lead Student Ambassador in the Office of Admissions plays a vital role in exemplifying the mission, values and life at Regis University. The Lead Student Ambassador will report to the Assistant Director, Project Management and support University Marketing and the Office of Admissions in various ways to promote Regis University and ensure prospective students and families are offered quality campus visit experiences.Lead Student Ambassadors will work directly with the Visit Experience and Events Team to ensure campus visits and events meet specific expectations. Extensive knowledge of the university is required. Lead Ambassadors will provide campus tours during campus visits and be involved in admissions events by assisting in event preparation, executing specific responsibilities during the day of, giving presentations and being on student panels. Additionally, this position will assist the Assistant Director in training and leading the student ambassador team during daily shifts and events.
All Lead Student Ambassadors will need to be enrolled full-time and within good academic standing. Must be available to work 5-8 hours/week, with additional hours during the evenings and weekends. Please note that this position requires previous student ambassador experience.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Moderate to extensive experience required
Maintain positive and proactive customer service behaviors
Must be willing to learn and become familiar with numerous policies/procedures to complete tasks and work independently with limited supervision
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to converse and interact with diverse populations and group sizes
Ability to answer questions correctly and informatively in a friendly, patient manner
Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a group and individually
Demonstrate strong leadership qualities
Be punctual, dependable, honest, communicative and professional
Maintain confidentiality when handling student records and information
Additional Job Responsibilities:
Participate in continuous learning and training to stay current with updates and skills
Office Hour Work: assist with visit and event preparation, inquiry cards, etc.
Assist with fulfillment requests and tracking inventory of marketing/event materials
Assist with marketing projects, emails , auditing, content creation and social media posts
Conduct outreach to students and families regarding events, reminders, etc.

This position is benefits-eligible for workers’ compensation and will receive 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 48 hours per year.
