About this role
At Reform, we believe great design begins with curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful conversations. As a Design Consultant in our Showroom in Copenhagen you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers. Guiding them through the early stages of their project, introducing them to the world of Reform, and helping them imagine what’s possible. This role combines design, sales, and customer guidance, with a key responsibility in shaping the first part of the customer journey.

- Fluent Danish and English, both spoken and written
- A background in design, architecture, interior design or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in understanding people's needs
- A structured and proactive approach to your work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Welcome and guide customers in our showroom, online, and over the phone
- Help customers explore ideas for their kitchen and storage projects during the week and Saturdays
- Create initial layouts, design proposals, and budget estimates
- Manage incoming leads and maintain customer information in our CRM system
- Support customers throughout the early stages of their journey with Reform
- Contribute to sales goals while always putting the customer experience first
- Help create a showroom environment that feels welcoming and inspiring
