Growth Lead
About this role
We are looking for a Growth Lead with 1-5 years of experience to own brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth at one of the fastest-growing open-source developer platforms. You'll be a scrappy, metrics-obsessed operator who has worked at a high-growth startup and understands how to get a developer tool in front of the right audience. This is not a traditional marketing role — it's broader in scope, focused on experimentation, virality, and targeted awareness campaigns that drive measurable impact. You'll report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to build out the growth team as the motion matures.
What will you be doing?
Experiment rapidly with growth channels to increase brand awareness among Reflex's enterprise ICP — doubling down on what works and killing what doesn't
Design and execute targeted awareness campaigns focused on getting in front of actual enterprise buyers (not just broad volume, but high-conversion views)
Implement tracking and reporting to demonstrate measurable growth in relevant audience reach, DAUs, and signups
Partner with the existing growth hire to complement broad awareness efforts with enterprise-focused, targeted demand generation
Build the foundation for a growth team — define the playbook, hire additional growth and marketing people as the motion scales
