About this role
The Shift Leader is a Team Member who has the ability to manage the day-to-day aspects of a Red Robin. They help direct and train Team Members, while assisting in goals driven by the GM and AGM. This role is a perfect starting point for those who show a management mindset and would like to learn more about Leadership in the Red Robin system.
You will be trained in all positions of the restaurant to better assist in your role.
