Job Purpose

The Junior Product Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of the Recordati Rare Diseases portfolio in Poland by supporting marketing strategy, executing promotional initiatives, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the assigned Rare Diseases portfolio in Poland
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local market needs
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activities to identify business opportunities
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and create engaging marketing materials, including digital solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other healthcare stakeholders
  • Deliver product training and marketing support to the Field Force
  • Manage promotional budgets and support forecasting and sales planning activities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and other business partners to drive product success

Required Education

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or a related scientific field
  • Postgraduate education in Marketing or a business-related field would be an advantage

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development of specialty pharmaceutical products
  • Experience in specialty care and/or hospital products is required
  • Experience in Rare Diseases is considered a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of success within pharmaceutical companies

Technical Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales principles
  • Presentation and training delivery skills
  • Budget and project management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Required Languages

  • Very good English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent Polish (written and spoken) 

Travel required in %

up to 50% (depending on business needs)
