Role: Onsite Resident Relations Specialist - Part Time Weekends

Pay : $18.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
Job Type: Part Time
Typical Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 12:30pm - 9pm/16 hours total, additional hour during the week depending upon demand.

Responsibilities
Responsible for answering the telephones
Meeting and greeting incoming residents, guests, and vendors
Processing leases and new owner packets
Assists other employees with residents and visitors to ensure overall coverage in management office
Deliver a high level of customer service

QualificationsQualifications
Position prefers a minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service-related industry (i.e., retail sales, real estate sales, hospitality, etc.)
Position prefer prefers a miniumum of 2 years of front desk experience and or office experience
Leasing experience preferred
Must be flexible to cover callouts and/or vacations during the weekdays
Strong attention to detail
Telephone skills
Personal Computer skills, Keyboard, Copy Machine, Facsimile
Basic knowledge of Fair Housing laws preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.
Pay
$18.00 per hour (depending on education and experience)
