Responsibilities

Supervise housekeeping staff
Develop cleaning schedules and execution of duties by all housekeeping staff
Organizing and cleaning guest rooms and public areas
General cleaning of guest rooms
Make up guest beds
Take all linens and towels to be cleaned
Keep floors and carpets clean throughout the lodge and guest rooms
Maintain stock levels for towels, toilet paper, tissues, etc.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so health standards are met
Clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and/or draperies, using vacuum cleaners and/or shampoos
Empty wastebaskets, empty ashtrays, and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas
Work evenings, holidays, and weekends on a rotating basis
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Good organizational and verbal skills
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues
Able to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor operation areas, and write and read member communications
Must be able to perform moderate physical work and may be required to lift up to 60 lbs.
Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
Work indoors and/or outdoors
Potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, and harmful chemicals and/or solvents if proper safety procedures are not followed
