You will join as an early member of the recruiting team and help shape a growing engineering organization. Working directly with technical leaders and executives, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Machine Learning, and Infrastructure roles.

Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing and assessment through offer negotiation and close.

Partner with engineering leaders and executives to define hiring needs and high-conviction candidate profiles.

Build and iterate on recruiting processes, interview loops, and top-of-funnel strategies.

Source and engage passive technical talent through creative research, outreach, referrals, and community building.

Bring 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting at a growing startup, including 2+ years recruiting software engineering, machine learning, or infrastructure talent.

Demonstrate a record of closing candidates in competitive AI and ML markets and building recruiting infrastructure.

$120K-$170K base salary plus competitive equity.

High-impact ownership as an early recruiting-team member.

Work directly with technical executives at a high-growth enterprise AI company.

Full-time and on-site five days per week in San Francisco, California.

Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
