About this role
Our client is an AI-native B2B fintech company modernizing the mortgage loan process. Founded in 2020, the company has grown to roughly 80 employees, raised $44 million, and now powers more than $85 billion in home loans. The remote-first team is scaling its engineering organization rapidly.
We are hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to own a product area end to end. You will be embedded with engineers, designers, customers, Sales, and Customer Success, making real product and architecture decisions rather than simply managing a backlog.
What you will do
- Own a product pod from customer discovery and strategy through roadmap, delivery, launch, and post-launch iteration.
- Work directly with mortgage lenders and operations teams to uncover high-value problems.
- Bridge engineering, design, and business stakeholders with clear, decision-driving specifications.
- Prototype and validate ideas using AI coding tools.
- Contribute to architecture discussions and third-party API integrations.
- Define success metrics and use quantitative signals to guide iteration.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success on positioning, feedback, and deal cycles.
- 5 to 10 years of product management or closely related experience, with end-to-end ownership of B2B SaaS products at a startup or growth-stage company.
- A demonstrated zero-to-one launch story, not only backlog iteration.
- Experience working with or building third-party API integrations.
- Technical fluency sufficient to read a codebase, prototype with AI coding tools, and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Evidence of shipping in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
- Strong written communication and a proactive individual-contributor mindset.
Helpful experience includes founder experience, regulated-industry experience, a software engineering or forward-deployed engineering background, working knowledge of LLM concepts, and data fluency. This is not a people-management role.
- Base salary of $170,000 to $250,000.
- Competitive equity.
- Remote work within the United States.
- 100% employer-paid medical premiums for employees and families.
- Vision, dental, 401(k), HSA/FSA, and flexible time off.
- Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
