RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company with a global presence. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt.

Key Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Maintain employee records and update payroll system with any changes
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
• Collaborate with finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits
• Manage employee benefits programs and enrollment
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
• Stay up-to-date with payroll and labor laws to ensure compliance and make recommendations for process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in payroll administration
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience with payroll software and HRIS systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
