RayaCX is a leading customer experience management company, providing innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a German Call Center Agent to join our team at our location in 6th of October City, Egypt.

As a German Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients. This is a temporary, full-time position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from German-speaking customers and provide assistance with inquiries, complaints, and requests
• Handle customer concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize company systems and resources to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work on-site at our 6th of October City location
