01. Poste et Missions
Missions
- Assurer l’information des voyageurs via le site
- Rédiger des articles sur divers sujets (travaux, informations pratiques, actualités, décryptages, …) pour le site du RER A.
- Contribuer à l’information évènementielle de la ligne.
- Réaliser un planning éditorial pour le site en fonction des besoins/actualités.
- Participer au processus de réponse aux commentaires
- Réaliser une veille sur les différents sites similaires au notre.
- Transmettre les signalements reçus via la plateforme.
- Proposer une stratégie globale d’amélioration du site.
- Rédiger les différents rapports statistiques.
- Participer occasionnellement au renfort sur le poste de community manager (X anciennement Twitter) du RER A.
