NOW HIRING: LICENSED CONTRACTOR – PORTLAND
Rapid Bath Remodel is expanding into the Portland area and is looking for a licensed contractor to join our team.
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable contractor with strong residential construction knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship.
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Oregon contractor’s license
- Residential construction and remodeling experience
- Knowledge of Oregon building codes and construction requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage job-site responsibilities
- Professional and dependable work ethic
- Comfortable working in occupied residential homes
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee residential remodeling projects
- Coordinate with installers and other trades
- Manage job-site issues and inspections
- Ensure work is completed according to code and company standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Keep projects on schedule
- Complete required documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
