SUMMARY
Tend bar for all stadium events and private functions ensuring compliance with stadium guidelines, policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Open and set up bar preparing for service.
Welcome customers and create a warm and friendly environment of hospitality for guests and co-workers
Process transactions accurately, including credit card and Point-of-Sales system transactions.
Prepare and serve drinks as per stadium guidelines.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies.
Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements as directed by management.
Respond to customer inquiries with a professional demeanor and escalate concerns to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
Close down bar and assist with inventory.
Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar setting
Meet State minimum age to serve alcohol
Superior interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
Outgoing, positive, engaging personality, and willing to be a team player
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts
Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
Ability to carry heavy trays, lift and move up to 50 pounds

Densely populated on event days
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud on event days

Required to obtain passing score on TEAMs training
