Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $48,000.00 - $170,000.00; including 15-20% commission on Front Payable Gross; additional 5% on Front Payable Gross if salesperson meets monthly CSI objective; Bonus potential for exceeding customer satisfaction scores and for meeting unit sold targets; all subject to terms of pay plan.
90-day guarantee of $4,000.00-$5,000.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture. No automotive sales experience required! Huge potential for motivated individuals!

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

Build rapport and qualify customer needs
Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
Follow up with leads and past customers
Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
