Job Description The Mechanical Engineer Senior/Energy Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing energy usage on campus. The main goal is to optimize energy utilization, increase energy efficiency, maintain the operational status of equipment/systems as designed, and lower energy costs. The energy manager will conduct energy audits, identify areas of inefficiency, develop and implement energy-saving initiatives, monitor energy usage and costs, assist with negotiating energy contracts, and educate staff on energy conservation and efficiency practices. |
