Job DetailsQUICKmed urgent care is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled social worker or counselor to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the QUICKmed mental health program that serves both the community clinics and school-based health centers. The role of this individual is to reduce student and patient barriers to comprehensive healthcare and basic needs of life. You will work diligently to strengthen the relationship between the staff and students of the school district and school based health centers. And, you will collaborate with medical partners and community stakeholders to develop a network of support and resources for both students and families within the school districts as well as for patients in our community clinics.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, organized, compassionate, professional, and able to work well independently.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work or counseling
• Current active Ohio licensure as LISW or LPCC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Phone skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
