The mission 🌍
Quatt decarbonises home heating. We make heat pumps, home batteries, and cooling, and we sell, quote, and install them directly into people's homes. We are scaling fast. And we are betting that AI does the mechanical work while humans do the thinking.
The role 🚀
One role. Five functions. You rotate across work preparation, installation success, sales support, technical support, and customer support — wherever the customer needs you most.
This is not a call-center job. We are automating the typing, the routing, the ticket-writing. What is left is the part a computer cannot do: judgment. You are the human layer. You own the customer's problem and you fix it, end to end.

- Breadth, not a pigeonhole. Most entry roles put you in one queue. This one rotates you across the entire customer journey. In a year you will understand how a customer goes from lead to installed heat pump. That is a foundation most people never get.
- You are the judgment, not the relay. We do not hire people to forward messages. We hire people to fix problems.
- You work alongside AI, not under it. You are the human who makes the AI agents work. The person with judgment on the other end of the automation.
- Real ownership from day one. You do not pass problems on. You solve them.

What you'll do💡
Rotate across five functions building expertise in each:
- Work preparation: turn sold deals into install-ready plans
- Installation success: own the customer from signed deal to completed install
- Sales support: qualify leads, book appointments
- Technical support: help customers after installation
- Customer support: general customer contact
What we're looking for 🔋
- You have judgment. You decide and interpret to fix the issue at hand.
- You take ownership. You see a problem through to the end.
- You are flexible. You go where the customer needs you.
- You speak Dutch. You talk to customers directly.
- You like people. Being around people and working in office energizes you.
- You are comfortable with AI tools. You let the machine do the mechanical work and you do the thinking.

💰 Salary of €2.600,- and €4.200,- based on experience + 8% holiday allowance
