Assistant Office Manager

We’re dedicated to expediting the energy transition with sustainable home energy solutions accessible to all, aiming to assist 3 million households in making the transition by 2030. Over 150 colleagues are working from our vibrant Amsterdam-based office. That’s why we're looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves to help our people team in managing the office and the lunch.

Roughly 24 hours per week, 5 days per week (hours may differ depending on activities)

🌱 What you'll do:

• Prepare lunch and clean up afterwards (45-60 min/day, including dishwasher duty)

• Check and unpack grocery deliveries, twice a week

• Restock office supplies daily (snacks, coffee, toiletries)

• Deep clean the kitchen and coffee machines weekly

• Prep for office parties and drinks, and rock the event itself

• Water the plants

• Return empty bottles and cans (statiegeld)

• Prepare onboarding hardware and goodie bags for new joiners

• Send gifts on behalf of the team

• Collect hardware when people leave

⚡What we're looking for:

• You’re a fun person that loves bringing people together (you love ‘gezelligheid’)

• You’re organized, hands-on, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks without needing to be asked twice

• A positive, can-do attitude and enjoy keeping a clean, welcoming workspace

• You love talking to people in English

• Available on-site in Amsterdam, 5 days a week between 10.00 and 14.00
