Description
The Yard Dog Driver is responsible for safely moving trailers and containers throughout the facility yard to support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production operations.
Requirements
- Previous yard truck, tractor-trailer, or similar equipment experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to safely operate a yard truck in tight and congested areas.
- Ability to climb in and out of equipment and perform frequent bending, walking, and standing.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong safety awareness, communication, and attention to detail.
- Availability to work assigned shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
