About the Role
We are looking for a skilled, dependable Handyman to join our team full-time in the Houston area. You will be performing a wide range of interior and exterior repairs and maintenance across commercial properties. This is a hands-on role where your craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail will directly impact our customers and our reputation.
What We're Looking For
- Interior and exterior repairs and maintenance on commercial properties
- Carpentry, framing, trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Drywall installation, patching, and finishing
- Interior and Exterior Painting
- General property maintenance and punch-list repairs
- Accurately assess job sites and report findings, estimation
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- handyman or general contracting work (commercial)
- Drywall, and painting
- Must own and bring your own tools to every job
- Must have a reliable personal truck or work vehicle
- Strong communication skills, field-to-office reporting is critical in our workflow
- Self-motivated with a high standard of quality and accountability
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
