Responsibilities
- Assistance with personal care and hygiene
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Dog care
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Assist/ Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Qualifications
- Personal Support Worker Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in home care setting
- Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Ability to travel around location territory with own vehicle
- Access to Internet/mobile phone
