Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Repair Technician to perform component-level rework and repair on PCBs. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience using soldering irons and thermal equipment to meet production UPH and quality yield standards.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Soldering & Rework: Perform component removal, replacement, and touch-ups using soldering irons, hot air rework stations, and related tools.
  • Micro-soldering: Execute precision micro-soldering on fine-pitch components and surface-mount technology (SMT) assemblies.
  • Production Targets: Consistently meet or exceed established UPH (Units Per Hour) quotas while maintaining strict yield/quality standards.
 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Practical experience in electronics repair, PCB rework, or PCB assembly diagram reading.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with soldering irons, heat guns, and thermal tools. Strong preference for micro-soldering capabilities.
  • Efficiency & Focus: Highly detail-oriented with a proven track record of maintaining high yield rates under target UPH constraints.
