2. Overview

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Monetization Specialist / Business Development Specialist to help optimize revenue performance and explore new growth opportunities for our mobile games.

In this role, you will work closely with Product and Marketing teams to improve monetization strategies, analyze performance data, and support business partnerships while maintaining a strong player experience.

3. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ad monetization strategies to maximize mobile game revenue
  

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to improve monetization performance while maintaining a positive player experience
  

• Analyze monetization data and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  

• Research and evaluate new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and market trends
  

• Support communication and relationship management with advertising and monetization partners
  

• Monitor industry trends, monetization tools, and best practices within the mobile gaming market
  

• Contribute to improving monetization processes, workflows, and business strategies

4. Requirements

Must Have

• From 1 year of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Monetization, or related roles
  

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  

• Good English communication skills for working with international partners and platforms
  

• Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and problem-solving mindset
  

• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and grow in the mobile game industry
  

• Good communication and collaboration skills
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile game monetization or mobile gaming industry
  

• Familiarity with ad monetization platforms, mediation tools, or analytics tools
  

• Strong interest in mobile games, player behavior, and game business models
