As a full-time Retread Technician, your mission is to provide exceptional value during the production of the industry’s highest-quality retreads by performing specific retreading job assignments per company specifications, standards, and time frames.

What You Need:
- Ability to pass a background & drug screen
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
- Inspect tires to be retreaded or repaired
- Work plant station to repair and/or retread tires per specification
- Safely operate plant equipment to buff, skive, repair, envelope, cure tires
- Safely trim, paint and tag finished tires
- Make final tire repair inspection and place with finished stock
- Ensure work order completion: proper work, and identification
- Maintain equipment in good operating condition
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols
- Protect company assets (inventory, receivables, equip & real estate)
- Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
- Other essential and non-essential duties, as assigned by management
