Providence Place Senior Living (Hummelstown, PA) is seeking to recruit a Full-Time Director of Marketing & Communications who is responsible for executing and coordinating the organization's marketing, branding, digital communications, internal communications, and advertising initiatives across multiple senior living communities. The Director of Marketing & Communications manages day-to-day marketing operations while supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, resident and family engagement, employee recruitment, occupancy goals, and organizational communications. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with community leadership, vendors, and corporate departments.
Salary position: $60K-$80K, based on experience
Technical Skills needed:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Social media management platforms
- Website content management systems (CMS) + WordPress experience a plus
- Basic photography and video coordination experience
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or a related field, preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or service industries is a plus.
