ProVest LLC – Civil Process Service
ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable and professional civil process service in Washington County, AR and surrounding areas.
Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in or currently serve within a 45-mile radius of Washington County, AR.

Position Overview
This is a 1099 independent contractor position, with weekly compensation based on completed jobs. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented professionals with experience and judged signed court appointments in legal document delivery.
Ideal candidates include:
- Experienced Process Servers
- Licensed Private Investigators
- Current or Former Law Enforcement Professionals
- Paralegals
Key Responsibilities
- Make diligent service attempts:
- Up to 3 attempts (varied times: morning, evening, weekend, etc.)
- Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email)
- Sign and notarize all eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion
- Utilize ProVest's mobile applications to:
- Upload photo evidence of addresses
- Submit detailed attempt notes
- Record service or non-service outcomes
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Active auto insurance
- Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail

Pay: $45.00 - $500.00 per week
