Employee Benefits Account Manager
Location: Hybrid
We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager (up to Account Executive) who will support client service excellence, and operational accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for employee benefits clients
- Manage renewals including marketing, proposals, and carrier negotiations
- Coordinate onboarding and open enrollment processes
- Resolve claims, billing issues, and eligibility updates
- Facilitate client meetings including renewals and mid-year reviews
- Support compliance with ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA
- Partner with Producers and internal SMEs on client strategies/ solutions
- Identify opportunities for account growth and retention
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
- 3+ years of employee benefits or group insurance experience
- Knowledge of medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
- Active Life & Health License – California (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Strong technical ability within agency mangement system(s)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $60,000 – $110,000 per year depending on experience
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
