What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Educate and motivate patients throughout their recovery journey.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Advocate for patients while addressing their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Serve as a mentor and clinical resource for PTAs, students, and volunteers.
What's Required
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current Physical Therapist License in the state of practice
- CPR Certification
Schedule & Coverage
- 40 hours per week
- Flexible day schedule, typically 8-10 hours per day
- Primarily outpatient setting
- Limited inpatient weekend and holiday coverage on a rotating basis
- Expected weekend/holiday coverage approximately 3-4 times per quarter
