In this meaningful role, you’ll help create days that feel welcoming, engaging, and special for our residents. You’ll support both life enrichment activities and dining services, building genuine connections while providing the personalized attention and exceptional hospitality our residents deserve.

Whether you’re helping a resident enjoy an activity, sharing a conversation over a meal, or simply making someone’s day a little brighter, your presence matters. This is more than a hospitality position—it’s an opportunity to build relationships, create memorable moments, and make a positive impact every day.

What You’ll Do

As a Hospitality Specialist, you’ll be an important part of creating a vibrant and welcoming community. You’ll help residents feel connected, valued, and cared for by:

  • Supporting engaging activities and programs that encourage connection and participation
  • Providing friendly, attentive dining service and creating enjoyable mealtime experiences
  • Getting to know residents and recognizing their individual preferences and needs
  • Creating meaningful moments through conversation, companionship, and personal attention
  • Helping maintain a warm, positive, and service-focused environment
  • Working alongside a caring team committed to making a difference in the lives of our resident

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Experience in senior living, hospitality, customer service or food service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Sanitation Certified or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire
  • Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with urgency and compassion
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including holidays, weekends, and some evenings
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Must be able to reach, stoop, bend, carry and manipulate various items
  • Must be able to lift to 50 pounds
  • Must adhere to health and safety rules
  • Must be able to work in a kitchen environment-extreme heat or cold

If you enjoy working with people, creating positive experiences, and bringing a little extra joy to someone’s day, we’d love to have you join the Primrose team.

Flexible scheduling with a great work/life balance!

Opportunities for full-time or part-time hours.

Available shifts: days, evenings, nights, or rotating.
