About Us

Prep Academy Tutors of Durham is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to oversee behavioural programming for children with ASD and other developmental needs, while collaborating closely with ABA and academic tutors.

This role blends behaviour support with educational growth. You will develop and supervise individualized behaviour intervention plans while working alongside tutors and families to ensure students receive consistent, high-quality, integrated support.

Job Description

As a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), you will:

Support skill development in areas such as executive functioning, self-regulation, social skills, and academic readiness.

Collaborate with tutors, parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and consistent strategies.

Provide supervision and guidance to tutors implementing ABA-based strategies within academic sessions.

Provide parent coaching and consultation to promote consistency at home.

Maintain accurate documentation in alignment with professional and privacy standards.

Ensure programming aligns with ethical guidelines and evidence-based best practices.

Work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

We are looking for Registered Behaviour Analysts (RBAs) who are:

Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in good standing.

Experienced working with children and adolescents with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, and/or developmental disabilities.

Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavioural intervention strategies.

Experienced collaborating and supervising ABA therapists/interventionists.

Approved provider of OAP funding.
