This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and operational excellence.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Schedule and Oversee Maintenance Tasks
Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all locations.
Ensure timely completion of routine maintenance activities to uphold company standards.
Manage Maintenance Personnel
Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Monitor performance and address any personnel issues promptly.
Coordinate Service Appointments for Company Vehicles:
Schedule and manage service and repair appointments for company vehicles.
Ensure vehicle maintenance records are up-to-date and vehicles remain in optimal working condition.
Oversee Level 2 Projects
Coordinate and manage medium-scale projects such as pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and other location-specific needs.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Quality Assurance and Reporting
Conduct inspections to verify that maintenance tasks and projects meet company standards.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to leadership.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related role.
Experience managing teams and coordinating projects is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience snow plowing is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and vendors.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
