Job DetailsJob Location: Albion - Albion, IL 62806Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $19.00 - $30.00 HourlyJob Shift: 1st Shift/ DaysJob Purpose: Serve as Administrator for Company’s electronic documentation database. Coordinate activities to gather information, document best practices, and distribute the information to the correct parties so accurate documentation is maintained throughout the company.

System administration of the Master Control documentation program

Ensures the structure of the system is organized through management of vaults, infocard types, routes, and roles.
Ensures the system executes approval/training tasks properly.
Troubleshoots issues when the system fails (corrupted tasks, locked infocard, etc.)

Coordinates with appropriate individuals to develop and maintain work instructions and visuals aids for Oil and Air Plants.
Establishes approval and training routings for all documents.
Ensures the current versions of work instructions and visual aides are posted as required. This includes the removal of obsolete documents.
Maintains form standardization of various documents and enters same into Master Control.
Participates in plant internal audits.
Ensures the document control and record retention processes conform to the IATF 16949 and customer standards. This includes working with records responsible members from each functional area to identify record retention requirements and storage locations,

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: High School graduate or equivalency. Associate’s Degree preferred.

Experience

0 -2 years manufacturing environment or technical field.

Communication

Communication skills to interact with personnel inside the organization across multiple disciplines.

Administration

Basic knowledge of PC applications and MS Office Software.

Handle multiple priorities in a timely manner.

Interpersonal Relations

Team player.

Well organized, and self-directed.

Dependable and trustworthy to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Analytical and Conceptual

Basic knowledge of manufacturing principles and terminology.

Able to gain familiarity and understanding of pertinent ISO requirements.

Dependability - Must be able to maintain satisfactory record of attendance and professional conduct.
