What you’ll do
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Local Route Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves operating a company box truck to deliver goods on local routes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while providing excellent customer service.
Your responsibilities will include
Safely operate a box truck to transport goods on assigned local routes
Hand unload and deliver products at customer locations and company facilities
Verify delivery documentation and maintain accurate records
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
Provide courteous and professional service to customers
Assist with warehouse duties when needed (loading, organizing, staging)
QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license (CDL not required for most box trucks)
Clean driving record with no major violations
Previous experience driving box trucks or similar vehicles preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical work
Strong time management and communication skills
Dependable and punctual
