Premier ProduceOne, a leader in food service distribution, is hiring full-time 3rd Shift Order Selectors / Pickers to join our warehouse team in Cleveland. If you’re detail-focused, dependable, and have experience operating warehouse equipment, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule

Training pay: $20/hour until piece pay begins
Performance-based pay: $.25 per case picked
Typical earnings: $175–$350 per shift
Schedule: 5 days/week, 3rd shift
Start time: 7:00 PM
Average shift length: 8.5 hours (some shorter, some longer)

What You’ll Do

Use RF scanners (ring-finger style) to pick orders accurately
Move product weighing 10–70 lbs throughout your shift
Work on your feet in a refrigerated environment
Operate tow-motors and stand-up forklifts
Follow instructions and safety guidelines in English

Qualifications

Responsible for picking accurate products and quantities for orders using ring-finger RF scanners.

Continually lift/push/pull a variety of packages with weights from 10-50 pounds.

Work is performed on your feet throughout the shift in a refrigerated environment.

Must be 18 years of age.

Operate with accountability while having an eye for detail.

Experience operating tow-motors/forklifts helpful.

Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 65-pound packages

Must be able to stand/walk over the course of an 8-hour shift

Must be able to pass a drug screen test.

Must be able to pass a background check.

Must be able to read English.
