Your Impact
Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist in Georgetown, OH to help residents regain strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans aligned to goals and safety
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve function and independence
- Document care clearly and meet facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident-centered outcomes
Required qualifications/skills:
- Physical Therapist degree and active state licensure (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, professional approach and comfort working with older adults
