Your Role Matters
Premier Therapy is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant - OTA in Lititz, PA to help patients strengthen everyday skills and confidence through practical, goal-driven therapy.
In this role, you will:
- Implement established treatment plans under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
- Record patient progress clearly and share timely updates with the care team
- Reinforce functional outcomes such as ADLs, mobility, and adaptive techniques
Qualifications/skills:
- Current OTA/COTA credential and applicable state licensure
- COTA outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate communication, professionalism, and dependable follow-through

A Typical Day

You'll touch base with colleagues between visits to stay aligned on patient progress, adjust priorities as schedules shift, and wrap up by organizing follow-ups so the next day begins smoothly.
