The Opportunity
Premier Therapy is hiring a Full Time COTA - Pataskala, OH to help residents improve independence and quality of life through personalized, hands-on occupational therapy. In this role, you’ll carry out treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the OT and care team to support safe, meaningful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include delivering skilled interventions, tracking resident response, maintaining timely clinical documentation, and communicating updates to the interdisciplinary team.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Current COTA licensure/credentialing as required in Ohio
- Ability to follow an OT plan of care and provide resident-centered treatment
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, high-quality care
