We're hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide one-on-one outpatient therapy services. You'll have the flexibility to provide care in our outpatient clinic, through mobile outpatient visits, or a combination of both. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who enjoys autonomy while helping establish and build a specialized OT program.
What You'll Do
Provide individualized outpatient physical or occupational therapy services with a focus in orthopedics
Evaluate patients and develop evidence-based treatment plans
Deliver one-on-one treatment sessions focused on functional outcomes
Complete documentation using an intuitive, AI forward electronic medical record (EMR)
Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as needed
Manage your own schedule and geographic territory

Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently while providing exceptional patient care
Orthopedic outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
