About the Role

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Support the planning, development and implementation of production processes in a pre-operational environment.
  • Assist in the definition and optimization of manufacturing processes before the start of production.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics and other relevant departments.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process tracking tools, work instructions, process descriptions and operational standards.
  • Support the analysis and standardization of production workflows, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of activities related to production readiness and industrialization.
  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • You must be currently enrolled at UPV or UV, as we will sign a convenio with your university.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial or Organizational Engineering.
  • Must be able to work in Sagunto (ownership of a personal vehicle).
  • A long-term intern available from January for 6-7 months.
  • Availability of 25-40 hours per week.
  • Gross compensation: €6 per hour.
  • Fixed monthly payment, based on a pre-agreed schedule.
  
 
What you bring to the Team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and follow complex and detailed technical instructions.
  • Please submit your CV in English.
