Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership management experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Track record of achieving sales and profitability goals
Commitment to customer satisfaction and employee development
Finance Manager candidates should have experience with lender relationships, compliance, and F&I product sales
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
