We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team. Available Positions
Part-Time CNA
- 8 hours every other weekend
- 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM shift
What You'll Do
As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' daily lives while promoting independence, comfort, and well-being. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care
- Escorting residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events
- Responding promptly to resident requests and assisting with daily routines
- Taking vital signs as needed
- Assisting with meal service, light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
- Helping residents remain active, engaged, and connected through activities and social interaction
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting changes in resident condition
- Working collaboratively with nurses, caregivers, families, and other team members
What We're Looking For
- Current Connecticut CNA certification
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and follow established care plans
- Experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, or senior living preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
