Please note the skills required are the same but additionally we need someone with good Meraki experience along with writing Python Scripts.
- Coordinate with field engineers and vendors for installation activities
- Understanding and troubleshooting IP Networks
- Support circuit installation execution and basic troubleshooting
- Monitor and update installation tasks through ServiceNow
- Perform basic configuration and validation activities in Cisco Meraki environments
- Ensure timely updates and communication during installation activities
- Basic knowledge of Cisco Meraki technologies
- Working experience with ServiceNow interface
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Understanding of remote network installation/support processes
- Certification is a plus
