Customer Service Latin America Representative

Purpose 

This position interacts with customers on behalf of POLARIS and its Private Label Partners. Our Customer Service Team is an extremely important part of developing and maintaining ongoing customer relationships. We take care of a variety of customer needs by delivering professional, helpful and exceptional quality service that consistently exceed customer’s expectations.

Essential Functions 

• Performing duties as a Sample Processing Technician and Shipping Technician 
• Solving email bounce backs and returned mail 
• Managing user access to HORIZON 
• Advanced HORIZON Support and Training 
• Responds to customer inquiries 
• Data entry of new users and equipment into the database 
• Tracks customer samples 
• Placing product orders 
• Documenting Customer Complaints for root cause analysis and
  process improvements 
• Interacts with customers, management, and staff regarding accounts 
• Account Moves/Merges 
• Root Cause Analysis and long-term solutions for Customer
  Complaints 
• Solving and finding long-term solutions for Samples On Hold 
• Shell LubeAnalyst System Support 
• Onboarding New Accounts 
• Setting up and making modifications to Private Label Accounts 
• Assisting with Process Improvements and Work Instruction Development 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Wearing of personal protective equipment as required. 
• Ability to work in a team environment. 
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. 
• Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Detail oriented. 
• Ability to multi-task. 
• Computer literate. 
• Ability to interact with customers via telephone. 
• Ability to understand some technical information 
• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience 
• Knowledge of multi-line phone system a plus 
• Prior administrative /office experience a plus
