About the Role
We're hiring an energetic water aerobics instructor to lead group classes at the Solterra community pool. Classes run Tuesday and Friday mornings from 10:00–11:00 AM, with drop-in and multi-class package options available to residents.
Responsibilities
Lead 60-minute water aerobics classes Tuesday and Friday mornings
Design progressive, engaging routines accessible to all fitness levels
Accommodate both drop-in participants and package holders each class
Adjust session frequency based on participation levels as needed
Compensation
Competitive commission rates based on class revenue.
Schedule
Tuesday & Friday | 10:00–11:00 AMQualificationsRequirements
Aqua fitness or water aerobics certification preferred
CPR, AED, and Lifeguard certification required
Background check required
Experience leading group fitness classes
Ability to keep participants motivated and engaged
