The Role

As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, staff, and vendors. You'll help create a welcoming experience while supporting reception, administrative, and facility operations that keep our organization running smoothly.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist patients, visitors, vendors, and staff.
Manage building access and visitor sign-in procedures.
Monitor facility activity, security systems, and entrances.
Answer phones, route inquiries, and support administrative functions.
Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation.
Support daily facility and front desk operations.
Report security concerns and unusual activity as needed.

Enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and office technology.
Value diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectful communication.
Work well independently and as part of a team.
Have previous receptionist, front desk, healthcare, or customer service experience (preferred).

What to Expect: Work Environment

Frequent interaction with patients, visitors, staff, volunteers, and vendors.
A combination of reception, administrative, and facility support responsibilities.
Regular use of computers, phones, and security monitoring systems.
Occasional lifting and movement of materials up to 25 pounds.
