About this role
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of English (written and conversational).
- Experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone/Ishikawa.
- Experience with process and product quality improvement.
- Ability to analyze quality data and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Experience working with SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and other departments.
- Conduct and support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
