Chemical Process Support role in Manufacturing - URGENT NEED
1st Shift - 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday --Friday
Performance/Pay Review after 90 days + Same Day Pay

Overview
As a Chemical Process Support team member, you will perform the following functions:
Chemical Process Maintenance:
- Assist in maintaining process tank chemistry, including concentrations, pH, temperature, and TDS.
- Perform regular tank decants and chemical additions to ensure consistent process quality.
- Record data for process tanks.
- Change filters and conduct chemical replenishments to sustain optimal bath conditions.
Water Treatment & Environmental Support:
- Calibrate and verify wastewater monitoring equipment.
- Assist in water treatment processes while following environmental and facility guidelines through accurate recordkeeping.
- Support spill response and clean-up efforts as required.
Facility & Inventory Support:
- Maintain an organized and clean chemical storage warehouse and chemical laboratory, including inventory tracking.
- Clean and prepare returnable chemical drums for reuse.
- Coordinate with production personnel to prioritize tank maintenance according to the production schedule.
- Perform any other job duties as assigned, which may include assisting with the quality management system, performing safety walks and associated corrective actions, and supporting quality investigations.
What we're Looking For:
- High school diploma required.
- College-level chemistry credits or relevant laboratory or chemical industry experience preferred.
- Strong math aptitude needed.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must display a professional appearance and attitude.
- Interpersonal, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and task-oriented.
What to Expect on the Job:
- Regular exposure may include sharp parts, sharp tooling, heavy carts, occasional hot and cold temperatures, humidity, heat from ovens, moderate noise levels, hand and air tool use, and compressed air.
- Must use required personal protective equipment, including hearing protection where required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to maneuver a full drum or barrel of chemical that varies in weight using proper barrel-moving equipment, estimated at 500-700 pounds.
- Must successfully complete respiratory fit testing.
